1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns for consumable wellness products such as oils, ghee, nutraceuticals, and sanitary pads unless they were received damaged or wrongly delivered.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and share images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
  3. Our support team will verify and approve your return request within 2 business days

Once approved, we will coordinate the return pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT or UPI

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery
  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items
  • Hygiene-related items like sanitary pads unless defective or damaged

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
  • If cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
